Happy National Senior Health and Fitness Day! For 32 years the last Wednesday in May has been set aside to focus on taking control of our health, promoting healthy aging, and finding ways to remain active as we age. Earlier this month we focused on health since it fit nicely with this year’s Older Americans Month theme: Champion Your Health. Today’s blog will focus on fitness with different community resources to help you stay active, get moving, and take control of your fitness.
