The Information Senior Resource Connect Collects Personal Data
While using Senior Resource Connect, we may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

This information is collected only when the user enters it voluntarily and in connection with user requests for information or to receive a training certificate. Users who choose to submit a message asking for assistance will have their information shared with a CSSW staff member for follow up.

How Senior Resource Connect Uses the Information
Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County/Senior Resource Connect may use the information voluntarily provided for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To connect you: To connect you with relevant community resources and CSSW staff who can provide additional assistance.
To manage your requests: To send training certificates upon completion of the Good Neighbor Training.
For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, demonstrating need when writing grants, and informing CSSW staff members of community needs.

Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County is part of a network of senior service providers, and as such, reserves the right to share collective data (e.g., statistics, analysis, etc.) with third parties. Any information shared would not include identifiable personal information.
