July 24th is International Self-Care Day! We talk a lot about self-care on the blog (it was one of our first blog posts!), and for a good reason. While many people think of self-care as an occasional treat or spa day, it can be much simpler- and much more meaningful. Self-care is anything that helps you maintain your physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being. For some people, that means taking a daily walk. For others, it might be calling a friend, learning a new skill, or spending time in nature. As we recognize International Self-Care Day, take a moment to ask yourself: What does self-care mean to you? In this post, we’ll explore resources and ideas to help you stay active, connected, curious, and engaged with the world around you.
