Staying Social in the Winter

The winter months can be difficult- especially once the holidays are over. With snowy weather and icy roads, you may be tempted to stay home instead of venturing outside. The gray, cloudy weather can also be depressing and make you feel more isolated. Today on the blog we’re going to look at ways to stay social during these early winter months and beyond.

Communal meals/Senior Cafes (there is usually a $3 suggested donation for lunch and you may need to reserve your meal in advance, call ahead for details).
