As you may know, Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County participates in the Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP), which helps seniors and adults with disabilities navigate the Medicare enrollment process to find the health insurance and prescription drug coverage to best meet their needs.   

 

What can CSSW help with?  

CSSW staff can help with enrollment in Medicare part D, the Extra Help Program, and help with prescriptions.  

 

What are we unable to help with? 

  • Medicare Advantage Plans  
  • Medicare Part A/Part B 
  • Supplemental insurance 

 

Who’s eligible? 

All Medicare recipients are eligible. 

 

What does this program cost? 

There’s no cost to participate, but donations are welcome.

  • You can also contact Medicare directly with questions about Part A or Part B at 1-800-MEDICARE
