Serves Washtenaw County and Western Wayne County. Connection Recovery Support Group is for anyone age 31+ with a mental health condition. The Friends and Family Support Group is for adults who have a friend/family members with a mental health condition. The NAMI Faith Group promotes support and spirituality in mental health.
