Milan Seniors for Healthy Living

Older adults are given access to senior activity and community center, transportation services (uses wheelchair accessible vehicles), Meals on Wheels, and Aging in Action life coaching and referral services. Care partners are encouraged to attend activities with their loved one at member price, ride along in the transportation vehicle for free, and may join our Care Partner Network (monthly support group and online support group). Lunch served Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11:45AM. Home delivered meals offered Monday-Friday for those home bound 60 and older. Veterans Resources available through MakeTheConnection.net
