The Washtenaw County Meals on Wheels and Senior Café© Programs (formerly called Senior Nutrition Program) is made up of two programs: The Senior Café© Program (formerly Congregate Meals Program) and the Meals on Wheels Program (formerly Home Delivered Meals Program).
