The Critical Repair Program aims to alleviate pressure on low-income residents in Washtenaw County by making homes more energy efficient, helping families save on their monthly utility bills, and reducing their impact on the environment to create a more economically and environmentally sustainable county.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Homeowner must be current on their taxes, mortgage and homeowners insurance. A Repayment of $40/month over 48 months (this may vary based on the project scope) and we do not charge interest.
