This program offers central air conditioner installations for eligible residents.
Must be a homeowner. Air Conditioner Assistance Program requires a 5-year forgivable property lien to be placed on the home for all residents wishing to participate. The property lien is zero percent interest, does not require any monthly payments and is forgiven after 5 years.
The waitlist opens once per year at noon on the third Tuesday of February. The waitlist will remain open for at least 1 hour, or until filled. If you are interested in adding your name to the waitlist you may either call or fill out a form on the website. A lottery will be used to determine acceptance if there is a lot of interest.
