Serves Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, St. Joseph, and Washtenaw counties. Adoption must be finalized. Call for full program requirements.
