he Home Toxics Center accepts many different materials, including paints, flammable items (like oils and automotive fluids), batteries, fluorescent bulbs, and more for reuse, recycling, and safe disposal.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Open for Saturday collections April-November. No cost, but donations accepted. List of accepted items: https://www.washtenaw.org/295/Acceptable-Materials. The Home Toxics Center cannot accept medications for disposal. Must live in Washtenaw County and items you are bringing in must not have been used for a business, government entity, or other organization.
