Alzheimer's Association (Great Lakes Chapter)

Provides a 24 hour helpline, care consultation and resource referral, support groups, message boards, publications and newspapers, educational programs, professional trainings, a speakers’ bureau, and a resource library. Also has SafeReturn program which assists individuals with Alzheimer’s/Dementia who wander.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

24 hour helpline: (800) 272-3900. No fee for most services. Offers a $500 respite care scholarship (can be used once per person. Call 800 – 272-5900 for details and requirements).
