Many of us are aware of Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia, either through personal experience, family, or through pop culture. You may have heard of walks or wearing purple, but what else can we do? In honor of Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, let’s explore the different things we as individuals can do to raise awareness, not only during this month but all year long.
Education

Share (or listen to) Stories
- Listen to family and community members who have been diagnosed with dementia.
