Gov. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan issued a “Stay Home, Stay Safe” executive order to combat the spread of COVID-19 that takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
Because of this announcement, Catholic Social Services’ Packard office will be closed effective Tuesday until further notice. Several programs have been suspended until further notice, including Senior Services and Ahead of the Curve.
A small number of employees will provide key essential needs, including, but not limited to, answering main phone voice mail, USPS mail pick-up, invoicing, paying bills, payroll, technology, human resource, development and facilities care – since remote/telehealth services will continue. Unfortunately, clients will not be permitted in the building after the executive order and until further notice.
